ICPSR
ICPSR maintains a data archive of more than 350,000 files of research in the social and behavioral sciences. It hosts 23 specialized collections of data in education, aging, criminal justice, substance abuse, terrorism, and other fields.
ICPSR advances and expands social and behavioral research, acting as a global leader in data stewardship and providing rich data resources and responsive educational opportunities for present and future generations.

Fee for JHU Researchers to Deposit Free to deposit datasets under 30 GB. Optional: researchers can pay ICPSR a fee to cover the cost of downloading data to non-ICPSR members (https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/sites/icpsr/manage-data/dmps-grants/curation-budgeting).

Large language models (LLMs) may only be used to manage, process, or analyze data distributed by ICPSR if the LLM meets specific criteria regarding retention of user-supplied data and/or placement within a secure network.
